Complete Dentures

A complete denture is a denture that contains a full set of teeth (upper and/or lower) and in our office we start off by obtaining impressions and/or intraoral scans depending on the case to digitally record the tissues and bite (first appointment). The denturist then goes on to use that info to digitally design and 3D print a try-in denture for the patient to get a feel for their new denture and decide if they would like anything changed (appointment 2). If complete precision dentures are chosen, an Arcus-Digma will be scheduled to record the movement between the upper and lower jaw, which gives a precise measurement rather than an average value function. The final appointment is where the patient takes home their new CNC-milled, digitally designed denture that can be replaced for the fraction of the time and cost of a regular denture, due to our digitally stored design records.
